In an effort to meet the evolving needs of its commercial and government sector customers, WidePoint Solutions Corporation (WSC), a WidePoint Corporation subsidiary and a provider of business process outsourcing (BPO) services for Enterprise Telecommunications Management, has expanded its cloud-based, proprietary Telecommunication Lifecycle Management solution. As a part of this expansion, the company has released a robust, integrated, enterprise-proven Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution.
The new release reflects the company’s efforts at the evolution and the convergence of telecom expense management (TEM), MDM and Mobile Security Management (MSM).
WSC supports a wide range of customers from small businesses to multinationals across a number of industries, as well as multiple government agencies, through a suite of solutions that address the management and optimization of fixed and mobile telecommunication assets. With the expansion of its platform, WSC will be able to provide commercial and government organizations with a fully integrated cloud based TEM and MDM solution.
“With the recent advances in mobile computing, along with mobile applications being adopted at an ever expanding and frenetic pace, we have made an investment to expand our mobile platform to meet the evolving needs of our customers. Our strong base of business, with more than 100 clients in the commercial and government sectors, as well as our partners that provide us reach internationally, are increasingly demanding dynamic, non-capital intensive, secure cloud-based mobile solutions that enhance enterprise workforce mobility. We fully expect to satisfy this demand with our newly enhanced TEM+/MDM integrated and proprietary solution,” CEO of WSC Michael Mansouri commented in a statement.
“Our vision to enable our customers to realize the full potential of mobile telecommunications, identity assurance and data protection in a cyber-environment by providing comprehensive trusted and cost effective solutions has moved a step closer with the addition of mobile device management within our integrated product and services platform,” CEO of WidePoint Steve Komar added.
