Wisconsin-based telecom expense management firm Valicom has introduced a brand new service offering to partners via its new Consultant Liaison Program.
The new program will deliver several benefits to Valicom’s partners including the ability to add telecom expense management (TEM) solutions and expertise to their portfolio.
The consultants will also be able to recommend Valicom services, increase ROI and revenue for their business, all while maintaining their independence.
“We respect the expertise and influence that consultants have in our industry and strive to be a reliable, responsive resource for them in their work,” said Nancy Peckham, CEO and founder of Valicom. “I came from a telecom consulting background myself, so I know how important it is to build those relationships.”
Elaborating further on the program, Valicom notes that the expanded service offering makes consultants a better asset to end-user clients. Partners will also experience increased efficiency thanks to the streamlining of the process of building smart solutions.
Valicom’s new Consultant Liaison Program also shortens time to delivery by connecting consultants with Valicom’s expertise and offers dedicated consultant contact to quickly access the resources and information consultants required.
“Entering our 21st year of business, Valicom is committed to being a strong, positive partner for consultants,” said Jeff Poirior, Valicom’s president and COO. “And with the rollout in 2010 of our web-based telecom expense management software Clearview, we greatly expanded our offering of a la carte and custom solutions, making it easier for consultants to fit those solutions to their clients. We look forward to the growth and partnerships this new program will bring.”
Valicom was in news last month for announcing its membership in TEMIA (News - Alert), the telecom expense management industry association. This membership will allow the company to better help shape the future of the TEM industry and educate mid-market to enterprise size firms on the benefits of a strong telecom management program.
