vCom Solutions has been chosen to manage telecom expenses for Western Independent Bankers (WIB) and its wholly-owned products and services subsidiary WIB Service Corporation (WIBSCO).
WIB is a trade association that informs, educates and connects community banks with the resources and services to achieve a high standard of personal and organizational performance.
vCom works with several community banks in the West and help them achieve substantial cost savings over total telecommunications spend.
The company also eliminates billing errors and consolidates the management of multiple vendors, contracts and invoices.
"We selected vCom because our bank members have limited IT resources," said WIBSCO president, Julianna Graham. " vCom Solutions serves as a single point of contact for these banks, resulting in cost savings, simplified billing and better service."
vCom Solutions have been chosen as the newest Group Purchase Program partner for WIB. All products and services offered under this program are reviewed and chosen through a thorough due diligence process.
The chosen products and services provide certain benefits in the form of exclusive discounts or cost savings to Western banks that are not available in the general marketplace.
"vCom has had tremendous success with our banking clients because banks need highly efficient data networks and the strictest levels of data governance,” said Gary Storm, vCom Solutions' president and CEO. “vCom helps banks select the right telecom technology, gain visibility and control over their spending and inventory, and ultimately save time and money."
vCom was in news earlier this year when it was named a Certified Green Business through the Bay Area Green Business Program.
