Tangoe Unveils Real-Time Telecom Expense Management Solution

Tangoe, Inc., a global provider of communications lifecycle management software and related services, recently launched Tangoe (News - Alert) Real-Time Telecom Expense Management solutions that help the companies prevent bill shock.
The solution notifies the companies of their data, voice, SMS, and roaming usage, and provides users projected cost overages and changes in usage patterns, enabling them to manage their costs and prevent bill shock. The solution also suggests appropriate measures to cut down the costs, and can track the usage of all available interfaces on the device and generates reports on Wi-Fi vs. cellular usage, usage over time, and common SSID usage.
With its tracking system, the solution also allows users to view current and past device locations. The solution also conducts a user trial on the basis of user actions related to the alerts related to plan threshold limits.
